Booking Conditions

Validity
Cruises operation period : from July 9 to October 1, 2011.(Last departure September 28, 2011)
Haumana Cruises reserves the right to change these prices without notice due to fluctuations in taxes, currency or other unforeseen circumstances.

Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm reservations, Haumana Cruises requires a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cruise value. Please note that reservations will be confirmed only once deposit is received.
Full payment should be received 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.

• Advance Purchase - full payment must be received by Haumana Cruises 90 days prior to departure. If payment is not received 90 days prior as requested to take advantage of the Advance Purchase offer, a new invoice will automatically be generated with the regular full rate.
• Honeymoon Offer - Validity : 12 months following the wedding. Haumana Cruises reserves the right to request a copy of the wedding certificate.

Cancellation Policy

• 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation more than 90 days prior to departure date.
• 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation between 90 and 30 days prior to departure.
• 100% cancellation fee will apply for cancellation less than 30 days prior to cruise departure date.

Refund Policy
No refund will be made for whole or partial cruise components not utilized after departure. Should cancellation be the fact of Haumana Cruises, guests will be accommodated by Haumana Cruises, free of charge, in the best properties available. (this should not exceed the total amount of the cruise paid by the guest).

Currency
Reference pricing for cruises is the EURO which is linked by a fixed exchange rate to the Pacific Franc (XFP) and either currency is valid. All payments should be received in EURO or XFP (for local partners).

General Conditions

Please note that cruise itineraries can be subject to changes due to meteorological or other unforeseen circumstances. Haumana Cruises is unable to accept any responsibility for loss, damages or expenses due to delays or changes in cruise schedules that would result from (but not limited to) Acts of God, sickness, strikes, war, Government's regulations, disaster, civil disorder, fog, collision, curtailment of transportation facilities, major mechanical breakdown or electrical breakdown beyond the crews' control and not caused by THE OWNER's negligence or any other extraordinary occurrences.

Check-in from 1:30 p.m. / Check-out time until 9:30 a.m.

Price Inclusions
The Haumana Cruises experience includes :

• Transfers from / to Rangiroa's airport (guests booked in hotels or pensions pre or post cruise shall make arrangements with the hotel or pension for pick-up or drop off at the Rangiroa airport at time to be confirmed with Haumana Reservations Department)
• Meet and greet at Rangiroa's airport
• Accommodation in well-appointed cabins equipped with panoramic windows, private bathroom, hair-dryer, TV with DVD and CD players, toiletries, safe deposit box and mini bar, and serviced twice daily
• All meals including our selection of complimentary wines for lunch and dinner
• All non alcoholic beverages
• Tea time and snacks
• Haumana activities : fishing and all the tackle supplied, free use of kayaks and snorkeling equipment
• Haumana excursions as per Fact Sheet
• Free access to the onboard DVD library

Not Included

• Transportation to/from Rangiroa
• Taxes
• Optional activities and excursions (dives, jet ski and private tours requests)
• Alcoholic beverages, premium wines and liquors

Travel Insurance
Haumana Cruises strongly recommends that all travelers follow travel industry recommendations and purchase a travel insurance, that is relevant to the journey undertaken, purchased from a reputable insurance company.
