While this year Polynesian-owned catamaran Haumana continues her voyages in Rangiroa and Tikehau, some changes are coming up for year 2008:
- The Haumana will no longer call in Tikehau but remain in Rangiroa all year round. The itinerary has been completely revised to offer the best of Rangiroa on 3, 4 or 7-night itineraries; allowing each and everyone to discover this incredible atoll at their own pace.
- Always aiming at improving the quality of service and guests’ experience, Haumana Cruises will go down from 17 cabins to 12 cabins.
- The Haumana has recently been through a 3-week dry dock for refurbishing and also a complete change of the whole engine and air conditionned system

But most of all, Haumana Cruises will launch dive charters and fishing charters.
For the adventurous one, whether fishing or diving, Rangiroa has a lot to offer. Known worldwide as one of the best diving spots, you will have the opportunity to explore Rangiroa’s deep blues through 3 or 4-night dive charters, all dive equipment and assistance included.
As for the fishing, Rangiroa will bring some exciting challenges. Fly-fishing, trolling, hand-line fishing, there are many possibilities with Haumana Cruises. Rangiroa is also one of the best places for bonefish, this special one being well-known for its combativity. All equipment is provided onboard as well as the assistance of a fishing guide. |
